Job Description:

The Senior Structural Design Lead will be a key member of the structural team, working on major projects within the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an existing team that excels in technically demanding areas of Structural Engineering.

This position involves providing advanced expertise in structural design and analysis, preparing and delivering cost-effective structural engineering designs from conceptual design to detailed design, tender, and construction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engineering design of foundations for large vendor equipment packages with high base reactions.
  • Active role in developing and maintaining positive client relationships and ongoing business development.
  • Leadership and development of junior team members.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated structural design experience in resource projects, both brownfield and greenfield environments.
  • Ability to complete engineering design of large raft foundations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to work on various projects simultaneously.
