We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Macro Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable landscaping company, overseeing and leading commercial landscaping projects in South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise teams on commercial landscaping projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate tools, materials, and machinery for projects, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and report to the Operations Team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in landscaping or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and deadlines.
  • Clean driving history and ability to obtain a Blue Card.
  • Hands-on skills with landscaping tools and machinery.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $90,000 per annum (exclusive of super) + company ute with fuel card + iPad.
  • Career development and internal promotions, with opportunities for growth into project management or higher leadership roles.
  • Overtime compensation, with minimal overtime expected.
