Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at IBR Group. As a key member of our structural design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs for a range of building structures, including commercial, residential, and public buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop structural systems for building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in structural design, with a strong background in pre-stressing, steel design, and RC
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop effective solutions
