Branch Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to lead our successful strata team in Cairns and Port Douglas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in professional services such as real estate, financial services, legal, or insurance.

  • Leadership: Manage a dedicated team aligned with our values, ensuring exceptional service delivery and making a real impact daily.
  • Branch Performance & Operations: Drive growth and manage expenses, leveraging expertise in strata functions and legislative knowledge to meet SLAs.
  • Client Focus & Growth: Engage with clients and colleagues to address complex building portfolio challenges and improve services.
  • Employee Development: Foster a supportive environment, coach staff, and promote professional growth and satisfaction.
  • Hiring and Retaining Talent: Attract top talent, motivate your team, and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our strata team in Cairns and Port Douglas.
  • Reporting to the Regional General Manager and collaborating with the National Branch Manager leadership team.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve branch performance.
  • Managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, HR procedures, and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude and proven ability to lead change.
