Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide person-centred support in a safe and structured environment.

This role involves building positive relationships with individuals, encouraging self-determination and active involvement in their recovery journey.

  • Identify and assess risks associated with activities and communicate mitigation strategies to management.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, including light cleaning, room preparation and transportation to appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Promptly report any identified risks affecting individuals, staff or the organisation to the appropriate supervisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant Certificate-level qualification and/or have prior experience or on-the-job training in a similar role. A Diploma-level qualification will also be considered.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate preferred.
  • Possess a valid Driver's Licence.
  • Must hold a Working With Children Check.
