Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to lead a committed team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers in providing high-quality service delivery that meets organisational standards, funding body requirements, and the needs of clients.

This role involves leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate team, coordinating service delivery, workloads, and rosters, overseeing reporting, evaluation, and compliance, building and maintaining strong stakeholder and community partnerships, and representing the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support.

About the Role

  • Leading a team of Case Workers and Associate Case Workers in delivering client-focused services
  • Coordinating service delivery, workloads, and rosters to ensure efficient operations
  • Overseeing reporting, evaluation, and compliance to maintain organisational standards
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder and community partnerships to enhance program outcomes
  • Representing the program as a trusted leader in housing and homelessness support

Requirements

  • A degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Behavioural Sciences; OR Certificate IV in Community Services (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in case management
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, program delivery, evaluation, and outcome measurement
  • Strong knowledge of housing support services, relevant legislation, and culturally safe practice
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • A current open driver's licence, Blue Card, and NDIS Yellow Card (or ability to obtain)
