Senior Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team at a residential aged care facility in Melbourne.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to residents and ensuring effective management systems are in place.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring documentation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of quality management systems for efficient and effective management and ongoing accreditation.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team promoting a culture of empathy and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with stakeholders including residents, families, guests, contractors and staff to ensure high standards of care and exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience or qualifications in management in Aged Care or relevant services.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills including ability to foster a high performing team culture and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of ANACC including its impact on business outcomes and sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Passionate people leader with proven methods for leading developing and managing staff.
