Clinical Research Associate Role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to perform and coordinate different aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process.

  • This includes conducting remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance and managing required documentation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICH GCPs and applicable regulations, as well as good oral and written communication skills.
  • They will also be able to maintain customer focus through good listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perceive customers' underlying issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach, applying root cause analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify site processes failure and corrective/preventive actions.

The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF review as applicable through on-site and remote monitoring activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or a registered nursing certification or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Minimal 1-2 years' clinical monitoring experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job in a clinical environment where experience is gained in clinical trials, medical terminology, medical research, clinical research, or health care, or experience in a health sciences field with formal training in medical terminology and anatomy may be considered.
  • Therapeutic experience in oncology essential.
  • Phase I experience essential.
