Currently seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate for our Sponsor-dedicated team. Step into a dynamic role where you'll drive innovation and excellence in clinical research. As a key player, you'll ensure study sites are compliant and thriving, contributing to healthcare advancements.

At IQVIA AUSTRALIA, as a sponsor-dedicated CRA, you'll enjoy the stability of a leading global contract research organization and gain direct experience with our clients. You'll have access to world-class training and mentoring, allowing you to develop across various therapeutic areas.

Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of independent on-site monitoring experience. Please note, sponsorship is not available for this role at this stage; only candidates with full work rights will be contacted.

The interview process includes a short video screening. Preferred locations are Sydney and Melbourne.

Essential Functions:
  • Engage in Site Visits: From site selection to close-out, ensuring study success.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Implement plans to recruit study subjects effectively.
  • Empower Sites: Provide training and maintain communication to keep sites aligned.
  • Champion Quality and Integrity: Ensure adherence to protocols and regulations.
  • Drive Study Progress: Monitor all study aspects for seamless execution.
  • Master Documentation: Keep accurate records and maintain site documents.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Support project execution within a passionate team.
  • Manage Finances: Oversee site financials and invoice retrieval.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
  • At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience in Australia, preferably with Oncology trials.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time and financial management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
