About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Consultant to join our team at Queensland Health. As a key member of our digital health team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality testing methods and frameworks to ensure the integrity of testing
  • Lead the review of technical and business design requirements and identify alternative testing solutions
  • Manage ICT testing resource requirements according to project schedules to meet project milestones
  • Develop project Test Strategy and Test Plan(s) within a requirements and risks based testing and assurance framework
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning of the system and acceptance tests and an excellent understanding of testing methodologies, tools and techniques within a large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s) environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality testing methods and frameworks to ensure the integrity of testing and an ability to develop project test strategies, test products and cases
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of testing, including plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability for large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s)
  • Ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team
