Senior Test Analyst Vacancy

Lime Recruitment is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join their client's team in Brisbane. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and documenting test strategies, plans, and scripts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and perform all categories of testing, including functional, non-functional, integration, data migration, performance, regression, and UAT.
  • Prepare and establish test environments, tools, data, and management processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of user story requirements, acceptance criteria, and planning.
  • Detect, record, triage, prioritize, track, manage, and provide visibility of defects status to resolution.
  • Identify and register test-related risks/issues, propose, and execute response plans.
  • Participate in workshops and planning sessions, ensuring a QA perspective is included.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the project team, vendor, third-party system owners, and stakeholders to accomplish testing outcomes and solution quality integrity.
  • Contribute to the creation of user training plans, exercises, and materials.

Requirements

  • Experience with Case Management solutions.
  • Experience with SaaS applications.
  • Minimum 3 years' Senior Tester experience in the IT industry.
  • ISTQB or similar certification.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience of testing methodologies, practices, and deliverables applied within an Agile SDLC and CI/CD cycle.
  • Proficient use of Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr tools.
  • Sound understanding of databases and developing custom queries to set up test data, confirm the transactional state of data, and identify defects.
  • Knowledge and experience with testing data migration, system integration, and batch processes.
  • Testing of applications running on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and balance quality assurance with time-bound delivery.
  • Practical experience performing test practices and deliverables in a hybrid Prince 2 and Agile project delivery environment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products.
