We are seeking an accomplished Property Executive to lead our team and drive property management excellence.

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire property lifecycle, from leasing and maintenance to financial management and compliance.

Your expertise in property management software and tools will enable you to efficiently manage our properties and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and make informed decisions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and has a proven track record of success in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant and Landlord Relations: Foster positive relationships and promptly address their needs
  • Leasing: Manage end-to-end leasing process for smooth transitions
  • Maintenance: Coordinate property upkeep to maintain excellent condition
  • Financial Management: Handle budgeting, rent collection, and reporting accurately
  • Compliance: Stay informed and ensure properties meet legal standards
  • Vendor Management: Oversee service providers for efficient delivery
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections for quality maintenance
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of property management experience
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Strong understanding of property laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Real estate registration
