Job Role Overview

The Clinical Coordinator position is pivotal in providing expert guidance and direction to care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership and supervision of care teams, encompassing Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with residents, family members/caregivers, and other care team members.
  • Promote a service delivery culture that focuses on enhancing the lifestyle experiences of residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, accreditation, and AN-ACC.
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
  • Background checks and references.
  • Current flu season vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Qualifications / AHPRA.
  • Complete a police check.
