We're seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team in Bendigo. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the care service.
- Providing clinical expertise and education to staff, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
- Focusing on effective clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes.
- Care planning aligned with current standards.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
You'll be someone who is empathetic and has previous experience working in an aged care environment. You'll also have:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Leadership experience in clinical care settings.
- A nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA.
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC guidelines.
