About the Role
This position involves working with a team of clinical professionals to provide person-centred care to residents. This includes assessing, planning, and evaluating care for each individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations in a care setting.
- Lead a team of care staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Review incidents and complaints, leading compliance with accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Liaise with allied health services to ensure optimal resident care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA is essential.
- A degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
- A post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded.
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds in an aged care setting.
- A proven track record in delivering high-quality clinical care.
