Job Summary
Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) provide comprehensive assessments of individuals' care needs, using a multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional approach to determine eligibility for Commonwealth government subsidised aged care services.
- We work with a team to assess the care needs of individuals and determine their eligibility for Commonwealth government subsidised aged care services.
- We use a multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional approach to assess the individual's care needs.
- We work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care.
The Role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
