Aged Care Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled caregiver to join our team in providing high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, working flexible hours on a casual basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities.
- Communicate client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.
- Maintain client privacy and dignity, encouraging the same among team members and contractors.
- Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviors or actions not aligned with our values.
- Attend regular training sessions to maintain skill level.
- Based in Castlemaine, Maldon, or nearby suburbs.
- Completed Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or above.
- Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
- Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with elderly people is advantageous.
- Current Australian Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
