About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our consulting client's end-to-end projects with budgets ranging from $5~$10 M. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP projects within multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality project deliverables, meeting client expectations and standards.
  • Change Management: Implement and manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated history of managing multiple SAP implementation projects, particularly S/4 Hana.
  • Significant project management experience and project leadership (indicative min 8 years).
  • Proven experience in delivery utilizing standard project methodologies, such as PMI PMBOK, ASAP8, ACTIVATE, Prince2, and ITIL.
  • Proven experience in Agile-related projects and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against multiple accountabilities.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with pre-sales efforts, resource estimating, and quality assurance.
  • Consulting/System Integrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Professional/Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
