Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Rizing, a leading provider of SAP consulting and implementation services, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead SAP HCM and Success Factors software implementation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP software, and human resources industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead single module to mid-size SAP HCM and Success Factors software implementation projects for customers.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects.
  • Create and manage project plans.
  • Manage resourcing, staffing, and budget for customer projects.
  • Monitor and identify project issues early-on to mitigate risks for the client.
  • Align schedules between company and customer.
  • Coordinate with HCM PMO team to set up project tools and resources.
  • Track and manage project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Identify and document scope changes for Change Request/Change Order documentation and approval management.
  • Notify PMO and/or Executive Management of risks/issues when concerns arise.
  • Maintain and manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions log.
  • Track and monitor budget and forecast of hours for duration to project completion.
  • Maintain hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are completed and on time.
  • Escalations management identifying the root cause, putting an action plan and control/monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project management processes and tools.
  • PMP certification required within 18 months of beginning Project Management role.
  • Hands-on experience leading software implementation projects as part of the Project Management team.
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing or using SAP Success Factors and/or HCM or similar HRIS software.
  • 5 years previous experience in professional services or consulting industry.
  • 5 years previous experience with change management or business transformation projects.
  • 5 years previous experience managing projects involving integrations, data migration, or complex technical landscapes.
  • 5 years previous experience working in several projects at the same time.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Finance, computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, and/or SCRUM Certification.
  • SF Modules Certifications (EC strongly preferred).
