About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned builder to transition into a project management and administrative role. As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will oversee property maintenance projects from an office, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate property maintenance projects from the office.
  • Review safety and compliance reports, acting as a liaison between contractors and clients.
  • Evaluate documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on project management and problem resolution.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

  • NSW Builders' License preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in building and property management.
  • Strong skills in report reviewing, communication, and multitasking.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
