As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our branch in Victoria to achieve market share growth. This strategic role includes leadership, commercial and operational responsibilities, with opportunities for coaching and development, business planning, customer focus, and community engagement.

- Coaching and developing your team's skills and performance
- Strategic planning and prioritizing business performance through KPI tracking and reporting
- Building and nurturing community relationships through events and partnerships
- Leading by example and being a lifelong learner
- Focusing on the customer experience and adapting to changing needs
Our Community Banking model ensures that profits are reinvested in the local area, supporting initiatives like infrastructure improvements and scholarship programs.
