Job Opportunity

In this role as an Optical Consultant, you'll gain knowledge of the optical industry, optics, and optical dispensing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

To succeed, you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy, including ordering systems and tools navigation
