Job Overview

This position involves contributing to ASIC's Evidence Services team, focusing on collecting, managing, and analyzing evidence to support regulatory teams.

The Team

The Evidence Services team collaborates closely with investigation teams to develop effective evidence review strategies, leveraging technology and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare criminal briefs and disclosure documents, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • Provide training and support to investigation teams in the use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
  • Maintain and administer ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
  • Participate in national Evidence Services Consulting teams meetings to discuss emerging problems and potential solutions.
About You

We are seeking a candidate with experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management in professional services firms, law firms, or enforcement agencies. Your technical expertise and specialist skills will help ASIC achieve impactful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Experience in managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex information to different audiences.

Experience in litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, Relativity, or similar is highly desirable.
