Evidence Generation and Dissemination Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in the healthcare industry by gathering, analyzing, and disseminating evidence to inform clinical practice and policy decisions.

The organization leads innovation in clinical care across various regions by bringing together clinicians, patients, and healthcare professionals to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

This specialist will work collaboratively with multiple portfolios, government agencies, local health districts, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to facilitate and complete multifaceted evidence reviews.

  • Lead the experiential data collection and analysis function to provide timely, valid, and relevant information to networks, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Develop, deliver, and report on experiential data capture techniques such as deliberative processes, crowdsourcing, and Delphi processes.
  • Support networks in their use of experiential evidence in developing models of care and other guidance.
  • Lead an advisory and support function regarding the collection and analysis of qualitative data for key operational areas, such as audit and feedback, implementation science, improvement science, patient engagement, and evaluation.
  • Manage access to, and assess the validity and utility of, qualitative data analysis software.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent, extensive experience in qualitative data analysis, and demonstrated experience using NVIVO or similar software packages.
