Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining large-scale enterprise environments that span multiple locations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing tier 2 support for multiple Microsoft-based networks, spanning hybrid Windows and RHEL environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical systems
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues
  • Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to improve user experience
  • Assist customers with tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and windows applications
  • Provide remote end-user desktop support
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions
  • Communicate effectively with various individuals and work well within small and large team environments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Active Directory Administration
  • DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP
  • Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
  • Application Troubleshooting (Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer)
  • Linux Operating System
  • Understanding of Service Now or other ticketing processes
  • ITIL v3 or higher
