Lead Design Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to lead our design team. As a Lead Design Professional, you will be responsible for driving the design of seasonal ranges, colour palettes and product innovation.

  • Conduct global trend and market research to influence design direction.
  • Own the full product lifecycle – from tech packs and sampling to fit and sign-off.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to deliver ranges on brief and on time.
  • Support sustainability goals through responsible material sourcing and design.
  • Contribute to range strategy, price architecture and margin targets.
  • Champion continuous improvement and creative thinking in all work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Fashion & Textile Design or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in fashion/apparel design (intimates highly desirable).
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and CAD design skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an eye for trend, customer and innovation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
