This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Design Manager, leading the design process across multiple complex projects from concept to delivery.

  • As a Senior Design Manager, you will oversee the design process, ensuring quality, budget, program, and sustainability objectives are met.
  • You will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Key responsibilities include managing design consultants, coordinating with stakeholders, identifying design risks, and providing technical advice.
  • You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior team members and contribute to driving the culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager with a solid understanding of construction methodology, D&C contracts, and statutory/regulatory requirements.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or similar fields.
