Design Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of integrated campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and website design.
  • Collaborate with art directors, writers, and strategists to bring big ideas to life from concept to final polish.
  • Manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Experience in a similar design lead role in an advertising or design agency or in-house creative team.
