Key Responsibilities:- Supervise caseworkers delivering support services to South Australian communities in our region
- Oversee Intake and Assessment Officers responding to urgent referrals via free call lines or in-person meetings at our office
- Establish and maintain relationships for coordinated service delivery in South Australia
- Collaborate closely with the Northern Territory/Western Australia Team Leader
- Participate in strategic leadership of the DFVS through the management team
- Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed complex case management within domestic violence contexts
- Knowledge of holistic and relational approaches to domestic violence service delivery relevant for Aboriginal Australian cultural contexts
- Experience working cross-culturally with a demonstrated understanding of cultural safety and its application in human services
- Able to apply strengths-based management and leadership principles
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or related fields
