Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Stock Controller/Costing Clerk to assist in the management and delivery of new passenger and light commercial vehicles.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and Financial Controller to bring vehicles into stock, raise orders for preparation, and work with manufacturer systems to obtain, manage, and deliver stock.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bringing vehicles into stock
  • Raising orders for preparation of new and used car orders
  • Working with manufacturer systems to obtain, manage and deliver stock
  • Purchasing and raising Requisition Orders (ROs)
  • Vehicle costing for new and used vehicle deals
  • Vehicle registrations

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Intermediate computer skills, preferably with experience using ERA software
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Time management ability
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional manner
