Traffic Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Coordinator to join our team at Ogilvy. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for managing the tools and resources required to traffic workflow through the team.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our creative processes, from briefing to approvals. You will work closely with our producers, creatives, and other stakeholders to allocate work, manage expectations, and maintain a high level of integrity in our work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the traffic of work in and out of the department
- Allocating work to creatives and producers based on resource availability and skill
- Supporting the creative process to manage expectations and ensure high-quality output
- Identifying and resolving problems quickly to maintain workflow and avoid bottlenecks
- Building strong relationships with studio, production, and account service teams
- Managing creative booking and scheduling through agency tools
- Creating and maintaining project status reports, estimates, purchase orders, and schedules
- Providing support on shoots and managing small production projects as needed
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in creative and production work, who is ready to take on new challenges and is focused on delivering high-quality output. A current Working with Children Check is required for this role.
