Healthcare Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team at a home care facility.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing high-quality medical and personal care in a holistic approach.

  • Responsibilities include conducting clinical and personal care duties with empathy, creativity, and sensitivity:
    • Developing care plans that align with clients' assessed needs.
    • Monitoring chronic and palliative conditions.
    • Assessing wounds and attending to dressings as per the care plan.
    • Assisting clients with continence devices and changing IDC and SPC.
    • Providing showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care services.
    • Offering social, emotional, spiritual support for optimal patient well-being.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Unrestricted registration with AHPRA, with a minimum of 2 years of practicing experience as an RN.
  • Experience in aged care and community home care customer service skills is desirable.
  • Current first aid certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • National police clearance or willingness to obtain (organised via CVCheck at no cost).
  • A current NDIS worker check.
