Job Opportunity: Home Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Specialist to join our community health team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide quality patient care in various settings, including home visits and clinics.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for delivering clinical services such as wound care, continence management, and medication administration across different locations.
  • Your key focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and their families to support their independence, wellbeing, and confidence in managing their health.
  • You will work collaboratively as part of a supportive team culture, with flexible working hours and optional weekend shifts.
About You
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication.
  • Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the position's specialty.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of technology and verbal skills.
