About the RoleThis permanent or part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality Before and After School Care programs. The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with the Service Director and other team members to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure delivery of a quality program that meets the needs of children and families.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- A Diploma in Early Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
