Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Officer

Description:

The role of Environmental Sustainability Officer involves enforcing and undertaking regulatory investigations and actions. This includes participating in routine parking patrols, operating Council's animal shelter, and delivering public education programs and events to our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enforcing and undertaking regulatory investigations and actions;
  • Participating in routine parking patrols, including school zones and issuing associated penalties;

Key Requirements:

  • Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence;
  • Valid Working with Children Check;
  • Minimum two years relevant work experience in a regulatory and enforcement role;
  • Demonstrated experience in parking patrols, including school zones and issuing associated penalties;
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, think, and solve problems on a day-to-day basis;
