Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clients in the post-implementation phase of their investment management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial industry operations and be able to provide expert guidance on system configuration, user training, and issue resolution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for identifying customer requirements and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the post-implementation phase of their investment management systems.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as investment management or financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial industry operations and systems.
