Post Implementation Support Specialist

Job Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a specialist in post-implementation support for investment management solutions. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, defining client requirements, configuring and tuning applications, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support services to clients post go-live of investment management solutions.
- Work closely with clients to identify their business and technical needs and configure applications accordingly.
- Develop and deliver training programs for users, test workflows, and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Determine the optimal configuration for the application to meet client needs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably working for a consultancy or software vendor.
- Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting front, middle, or back office investment management systems.
- Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes.
- Technical expertise: understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures.
- Familiarity with SQL, FIX, and reporting tools.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a business or technical field such as finance, mathematical finance, economics, engineering, or computer science.
- An advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is highly desirable.
