A senior leadership role is available to oversee cancer services across Queensland, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

The successful candidate will lead operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care while achieving financial and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams across designated cancer centres.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the State Manager in delivering strategic outcomes and maintaining strong site engagement.
Operational & Financial Management:
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, KPI delivery and budget alignment.
  • Ensure operational compliance and drive efficiency across services.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and project execution.
Business Development & Growth:
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
  • Lead business development initiatives and strategic partnerships to support service expansion and innovation.
Quality & Service Excellence:
  • Champion patient-centred care and uphold regulatory standards.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.
Project Leadership:
  • Manage key development projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and service innovation.
