Seeking a compassionate Senior Social Worker to deliver high-level clinical care in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical social work services to patients undergoing cancer treatment and their families.
  • Deliver leadership, professional supervision, and mentoring to developing clinicians.
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives within the team.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in social work practice, ideally with experience in cancer care or another specialty clinical area.
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
