Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality & Residential Projects

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished interior designer to join a multidisciplinary studio renowned for its innovative ideas, beautifully resolved outcomes, and collaborative culture.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a team-driven, idea-led environment and brings a strong mix of creativity, technical expertise, and design conviction.

  • Lead the interior design process from concept through to completion
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and communicate design direction with clarity and confidence
  • Presentation of compelling concepts, mood boards, and documentation that reflect a cohesive project narrative
  • Manage documentation, detailing, and delivery with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers across all stages of a project
  • Guide and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and collaboration
  • Ensure quality and consistency across multiple projects while meeting deadlines

As an interior designer, you will work across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, and public projects, contributing to concept development and delivering considered design solutions that connect people and places.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in interior design, with a strong folio spanning multi-residential, hospitality, commercial, or public work
  • Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Enscape or Twinmotion experience a bonus)
  • Strong concept development and spatial planning skills
  • Confident in FF&E, materials, finishes, and bespoke joinery detailing
