Interior Designer - Hospitality Projects

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team in a client-facing role focused on hospitality projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with passion and expertise in creating innovative designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop concept design ideas and project briefs that align with client needs and goals
  • Oversee design development and documentation in Revit, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver seamless projects from start to finish
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with Project Leaders to manage contract administration and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Select furniture and finishes that elevate interior aesthetics and meet client expectations
  • Evaluate designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in hospitality projects, strong Revit skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of interior design experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality designs in hospitality projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and ability to use it effectively in design development and documentation
  • A confident and client-focused approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience mentoring junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with consultants and stakeholders
