We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team.

**Job Description:**
Maintain luxury apartment homes in Northam, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and safety for residents. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities, respond to resident requests promptly, perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance. Prepare vacant units for new residents, adhering to company standards, maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and adhere to safety protocols during all activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities.2. Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.3. Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.4. Prepare vacant units for new residents, adhering to company standards.5. Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property.6. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.

**Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call maintenance as needed.
