Education Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced education professional to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Alice Springs that involves developing content and delivering education programs to our clinical teams across various locations within Central Australia and the Top End.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse looking to progress their career and provide education and mentoring to current RNs across our facilities.

You will be passionate about ensuring care is provided by a skilled workforce and comfortable working with minimal supervision, with the ability to travel to remote locations regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver education and training programs for clinical teams
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to RNs across our facilities
  • Support the development of a learning culture within our organization
  • Travel to remote locations within the NT regularly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrated experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach with contemporary education and teaching methods
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence and ability to maintain
