We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dining Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our opening crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and bar operations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service and bar operations, developing and maintaining effective relationships with guests and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage time and attendance systems.
  • Ensure effective communication and presentation among the team.
  • Work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts as required.
  • Maintain a valid RSA certificate.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high-energy dining environment.
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus.
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods.
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
