A successful Junior Talent Engagement Specialist will be responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies across various functions. They will promote our organization as an employer of choice by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting candidate screenings to identify qualified applicants.
- Coodinating interview schedules and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Supporting the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Participating in recruitment events to promote our organization's opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media and recruitment platforms.
- Proficient in using ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Chinese-speaking candidates.
