Ambition is seeking an experienced Financial Services Project Management Specialist to join our team.

This role spans client onboarding, operational model alignment, financial management, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of workstream tasks, validating deliverables, tracking milestones, and managing risks. They will coordinate teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, management, and delivery.
  • Manage project resources, including workstream leads.
  • Facilitate client meetings on requirements, solutioning, testing, and implementation planning.
  • Oversee project risks, issues, dependencies, and quality, acting as an escalation point.
  • Implement a formal scope change process for all project requirements.
  • Monitor and measure progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project updates, changes, and risks.
  • Provide technical oversight with a focus on financial services, funds management, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet business needs and comply with standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in project management, with strong financial services knowledge, particularly in client onboarding and business change projects. They must demonstrate leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to motivate teams and manage complex projects.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
