We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Austin Health. As a key member of our Northern Youth Community Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to young people aged 12-18 and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to young people and their families
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery
