We are seeking passionate and talented chefs who strive to exceed guests' expectations and want to join a team that prioritises diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment.

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible to prepare consistent, high quality food products in line with Hyatt Standards.

• Assisting in preparation of ingredients
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food preparation for large-scale banquet events
• To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times
• Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of senior chefs

A successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 years work experience
• Experience in luxury international brands, highly regarded
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
