About this Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Capital Acquisitions Professional with a proven track record in managing capital purchasing to fill this key role.

This position involves overseeing allocated projects, delivering effective strategies, and ensuring efficient achievement of project goals from scoping and evaluation to implementation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing contracts, performance management, and supplier relationship management at project level, as well as monitoring progress and providing status reports.

This role also involves leading requests for information, requests for proposal, and negotiations of contracts to meet project schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

In addition, the successful candidate will resolve commercial issues associated with supplier performance problems, cost recovery for quality defects, rework, and ensure resolution of commercial/contractual issues at the lowest level according to the contract.
