As a leader in child care, we are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Second in Charge. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service in delivering an outstanding experience for the children in our care.

About the Role
  • You will assist with the creation and implementation of engaging programs based on the preferences of the children in your care.
  • You will ensure that your program is compliant with industry regulations.
  • You will interact with parents and provide support with their enquiries.
  • You will engage with the school community by attending events and assemblies.
  • You will play a key role in the management of our holiday program.
